Refunds & Exchanges

All products are carefully inspected before they ship. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

We will replace or refund products that have been damaged during shipment if photographic evidence has been sent to thewhisperingwick@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

You can exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost for all returned items.
